• When did you debut ?

My 1.0 model debuted on October 1st, 2025! you can find the VOD here! It's hard to believe it was so long ago now...

• What art program do you use ?

I use Ibis Paint X on my 11" 2022 iPad Pro!

• What editing program / phone do you use ?

The programs I use are Picsart, Splice, Phonto, Polarr, & waifu2x ncnn, and my phone is an Honor Magic 8 Pro (2026)!

• What are your PC specs ?

★ CPU: i7-14700f
★ GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 5070
★ Memory: Vengeance RGB ddr5 RAM 32gb & 1.8tb of storage
I'm saving to upgrade again in the next couple of years to a Ryzen CPU with better specs for 4k streaming!

I use an iPhone 11 Pro, VTube Studio, & VBridger!

• ♡ Writing Terms of Service ♡

★ General ★

• I have the right to refuse a writing project if I am uncomfortable.
• All commissions are written in English; I can write in both British English and American English - please specify what you would prefer.
• Please include detailed prompts, descriptions, character notes, and anything else that will help me create a perfect piece for you.
• Word count proof will be provided via wordcounter.net (with screenshot proof).
• 1-10 words above the word count will not increase the price.

★ Will Write ★

✔️ Character backstories
✔️ Anything listed in my services
✔️ Emotional themes
✔️ Sensitive themes (death, grief, intimacy, cults, etc)
✔️ Vague references to traumatic experiences
✔️ Format in American English or British English (client's choice)

★ Will Not Write ★

❌ Extreme NSFW (detailed intimate scenes, s*xual assault, etc)
❌ Extremely detailed descriptions of assault/etc
❌ Anything that has extremely vague references; I will need some direction, ideas, etc
❌ Re-writing services only apply to human-made works, not AI-generated works
❌ I will not write in any language other than English

★ Payment ★

• I do not accept payment plans.
• All listed prices are base rates and may be increased depending on the themes/length/etc.
• Payment is required 100% upfront before I begin working on your commission.
• I do not accept refunds once the work is complete. If you cancel the commission once the payment is received, I will not offer a refund.
• I will only issue a refund if I am unable to complete your commission. If a commission is cancelled by me, it will forfeit your rights to use the piece.
• Any discounts will be applied to waitlist commissions if they were submitted whilst the discount was active. If a discount runs out and then a waitlist commission is submitted, it will not have the discount.

★ Revisions ★

• You have unlimited minor revisions during the draft phase.
• After the draft phase, you may make 3 small revisions for free. If your revision is larger (a complete scene change, 250+ words changed, etc) then I will charge £5 per revision.
• I do not accept revisions once the final piece is sent, unless I have made a mistake.

★ Deadlines & Delivery ★

• If you have a hard deadline, please let me know! Rush order fees may apply.
• Turnaround time will differ depending on the service, but my average time for a draft is up to 1 week, and up to 1-2 months for a finished piece. This may increase or decrease depending on the service, complexity, and how fast you respond.
• Long-term projects will have special deadlines that we will discuss together.

★ Usage & Intellectual Property Rights ★

• The client is given usage rights for any commission.
• As the writer, I retain copyright over my work UNLESS you pay a commercial fee.
• I may use your commission in my portfolio or to otherwise advertise my services UNLESS an NDA fee is paid.
• As the client, you may use my written works for personal purposes, post them on social media, and print it out for your use. If you would like to use it for monetized or commercial purposes, you will have to pay extra.
• You may not claim my work as your own.
• You may not sell the work unless you have purchased commercial rights.
• VTuber services will still count as personal unless they use the work to make money.

• ♡ Editing / Branding Terms of Service ♡

★ General ★

• by commissioning me, i will assume that you have read and agreed to my tos.
• commission prices may vary in the proposal due to formatting.
• additional charges may apply due to complexity in design.
• all commissions will be in my unique style, and i will not mimic other artists.
• please give credits when using my edits!
• i work in 3-slot batches to ensure a fast and detailed service.

★ Payment ★

• payment is always taken 100% upfront for my own safety and i do not offer payment plans.

★ Revisions ★

• you have unlimited revisions during the draft phase.
• after the sketch draft, any more than 3 revisions will come at an extra cost.
• i do not accept revisions after the final delivery.

★ Deadlines & Delivery ★

• i may take up to 48 hours to approve your commission.
• turnaround once payment is complete is around 1-2 weeks depending on the complexity or number of edits you order.
• i take rush fees at x2 the total price.
• i only take one rush fee per batch.
• you are responsible for a deadline if you do not reply within the time limit. i have the right to exceed a deadline if you do not respond to revisions/etc in time.

★ Usage & Intellectual Property Rights ★

• i retain original copyright and ownership of my works, which includes: advertising my services, portfolio showcases, social media showcases.
• commercial licensing requires extra payment.
• my process will be posted online unless the client has specifically asked me not to or has paid for an NDA fee.
• commercial use is usually x2 or x3 original price depending on the service.
• if you have not debuted, please let me know so i can post my work after you have debuted to avoid any design leaks or surprises being ruined.

• ♡ Art Terms of Service ♡

★ General ★

• By commissioning me, it will automatically mean you have accepted my TOS.
• Please give credits if someone asks you for the artist.
• For general credits, under the image is preferred. For emotes, under your streaming platform would be appreciated!
• I reserve the right to cancel your commission if there is no communication or if I feel uncomfortable.
• All commission updates will have a watermark for protection; this watermark will be removed during final delivery.
• For emotes, I am not responsible for platform approval; but all of my emotes should be automatically approved; I also recommend choosing SFW names for the emotes.
• If you have any questions about my TOS, feel free to DM me!

★ Will Draw ★

✔️ Fanart of characters you do not own
✔️ Any skin tone; including unnatural colours (blue, green, etc)
✔️ Feminine and masculine characters; masculine characters may look slightly softer/etc with my style
✔️ Animal or kemonomimi features
✔️ Complex designs (at an extra charge)
✔️ Slightly suggestive designs (cleavage, etc)
✔️ Slight mecha

★ Will Not Draw ★

❌ Full mecha (I'm not at that skill level yet)
❌ Furries (I'm not at that skill level yet)
❌ NSFW
❌ Characters without any reference images
❌ Anything that isn't on my services list

★ Payment ★

• I do not offer payment plans & I take 100% payment upfront for my own safety.
• I will request to release funds (if you paid via VGen) once the sketch phase is approved.
• I do not issue refunds unless I cannot complete your commission at my own fault. I take a 50% deposit from a refund if it is your fault (no communication, ghosting, etc).
• Any discounts will be applied to waitlist commissions if they were submitted whilst the discount was active.

★ Revisions ★

• A maximum of 2 free revisions can be made during the sketch phase. Anything after and in later stages will cost £5 per revision. I will not charge you if I made a clear error with your design.
• I will only fully replace a sketch if the base price is paid again; but please send up-to-date references to avoid this happening!
• I do not accept revisions after final delivery unless I have made a mistake.

★ Deadlines & Delivery ★

• I will send a proposal within 48 hours.
• Final delivery will depend on the service, my queue, complexity, and how fast you respond to updates.
• I am very active with updates, and will send one for the Sketch, Lineart, Flat Colours, and Rendered phases - please be prepared for these!
• I accept rush fees at an extra cost, and only one rush slot is available per batch.
• You are responsible for a missed deadline if you do not reply within the time limit, and I have the right to cancel the commission if it exceeds the deadline.
• Please check my work queue when commissioning me - the priority is first come, first serve. You will only be prioritised if you have paid for a rush fee.

★ Usage & Intellectual Property Rights ★

• I retain original copyright and ownership of my works. For P2U bases, the original artists also retain copyright and ownership over the bases used and will be credited accordingly in my service description.
• If you do not have an NDA (at an extra charge), I reserve the right to use your commission in my portfolio, updates, and socials.
• For VTubers/PNGTubers/GIFTubers/etc, you do not need to pay for an NDA fee if you are pre-debut or preparing for a new debut/outfit/etc.
• Monetized usage is automatically applied to all of my services free of charge. Commercial licensing requires extra payment.
